Surfit offers a diverse range of classes for the benefit of their members
High intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. H.I.I.T can boost cardio-respiratory health with a smaller time investment compared to continuous forms of exercise.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation. Surfit offers four types of Yoga – Hatha, Slow Flow, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Surfit exclusively offers two types of dance classes – Hip Hop and Booty Dance. The classes are offered to all levels, from beginners to professionals.
Stretch classes target all major muscle groups through both static stretching (holding a position for a set amount of time) and dynamic stretching (moving through a range of motion that stretches your muscles).
Group Personal Training (P.T) is a dynamic group workout involving a range of different exercises and techniques. Designed for a high energy feeling amongst the group setting, the class creates an added benefit of motivation for both the members and the trainer.
