Don’t be fooled by her size, Gemma’s HIIT class is designed to BURN! This class alternates between ‘Metafit’ and HIIT (otherwise known as High Intensity Interval Training). To achieve the desired effect of this style of training, the class is only 30 minutes in duration (which is great for those with limited time) and incorporates a range of body weight exercises designed to maximise heart rate and stabilise the core. The typical format of the workout is alternating exercises performed for 20 seconds at a time with 10 seconds of rest between each. Great for those who want to get in, get sweaty and leave!
