Our classes are run by our lovely team of trainers!
Each of them add a different spin/style to their class so if you are new to us, we encourage you to give each class a try and see who/what suits you! All classes can be modified and altered to suit your capabilities and fitness levels, and where possible, modifications for injuries can be offered (if approved prior by medical professional)
For our high intensity, circuit, ABT and boxing class, all that is required is yourself, a bottle of water and a towel. If you wish to bring your own gloves, pads or inners for boxing you are more than welcome. Some exercises will be done on the grass/hard surfaces so if you would prefer more cushioning, you may also wish to bring a mat.
For Yoga and Pilates; please try to arrive 10 minutes early if possible. A towel, water bottle and mat are encouraged. Instructors occasionally have spare mats to use but it is preferred you use your own. Some of the yoga classes occasionally incorporate mediation, so for your own comfort, you may wish to pack something to keep you warm.
