Alicia’s Classes;

Monday 6:00pm Pilates (60mins):

A flowing mat Pilates practice at deliberate pace which may incorporate the use of props (blocks, balls and therabands). The class is aimed at improving core strength, correct alignment, coordination and balance, with focus on the breath.

Thursday 5:00pm Pilates (60mins):

Class limit of 15

Mat Pilates suitable for all levels at a moderate pace. Class focus is on the breath, correct alignment, improving core strength, mobility, coordination and balance.

Saturday 10:00am Pilates (60mins):

Dave’s Pilates is a modern-day Pilates with a ‘Dave twist’. His classes are flowy but challenging and incorporate a range of Pilates exercises complimented with the use of Chi Balls, rollers, bands, sliders and of course, good humour! The abdominals love a good laugh. This class will have you using muscles you forgot you had and is a hit with all.
